Submission Process
To begin the testing process at Madison Labs, first complete the Sample Submission Form by downloading and filling it out with detailed information about your product, the specific tests you’re requesting, and your contact information. Make sure each sample is properly labeled with the product name, batch number, and the date of collection.
Next, schedule your appointment by contacting Madison Labs via phone or email. While walk-ins are welcome during business hours, scheduling ahead is encouraged to ensure timely service and proper handling of your samples.
Before your appointment, prepare your sample by packaging it securely to avoid any contamination or damage. Be sure to include the completed Sample Submission Form with your package. Some products may have specific sample size requirements, so it’s best to refer to Madison Labs’ guidelines or reach out to the lab directly if you’re unsure.
At the time of your appointment, drop off your sample at Madison Labs. Upon arrival, check in at the reception and let the staff know that you’re there for a sample submission. Make sure your documentation and labeling are in order for a smooth check-in process.
After drop-off, you’ll receive confirmation and results once your sample has been tested. Madison Labs will issue a Certificate of Analysis (COA), and turnaround times may vary depending on the type of testing requested.
